"On the Go" Mobile Notary: $5.00 per signature+Travel
Purchase/Commercial/Reverse Mortgage Documents: 1 set of Docs $200
Refinance or HELOC loan documents: $150.00
Seller Documents/Cash Purchase: $125.00
TRAVEL FEES (in addition to state-mandated notary fees)
0-5 miles = $20
6-10 miles = $30
11-15 miles = $40
16-20 miles = $50
URGENT SERVICE REQUESTS
*Note - Sundays, holidays, and urgent requests for services within the hour will incur an extra $25 convenience fee in addition to the standard state fee + travel fee.
